August but i just found out this morning and felt like ranting. This move was as brilliant as the Spike TV execs canceling Blade.

awhile back they cancelled Birds of Prey too i think - i really enjoyed that one. It was about batman and catwoman's daughter.

Blade the series was horrible.

Yes Blade was cancelled *mourns* And Flash wasn't bad. I still prefer the movie ut the series had potential. There's just oo many shows for me to watch ATM =(

Rule #1: Never get attached to a Sci Fi series. Because just when you are slavering for more, they cancel it. Unless of course its SG-1, cus that shit went on for 10 seasons but Farscape & Firefly got the ax too soon.

I always wonder about new Sci Fi shows, if they will last long or only one season. It is really appropriate in my mind that they show reruns of Dead Like Me. Why? Because it was canceled tooo sooon! :(

Jericho was canceled but now its coming back - that's not quite sci fi or maybe it is. That was an interesting show, except for the stupid ex girlfriend of the main character who whined.

Farscape in some ways the story line they were on was played out. But at least they did finish it. Most of these shows don't even get that luxury and yes I was fucking furious when they canceled Farscape. Hopefully BSG will be worth a shit this season. I don't see it lasting more than another couple years. We can count on some derivative of Stargate being on in the next century though. I watch Atlantis but its just fair.

I have never watched Jericho even though I think Skeet is a pretty good actor. I am enjoying Moonlight, Bones, and The Big Bang theory the most. Sadly I'm starved for decent content so I have been watching America's Most Smartest Model. I'm a Ben Stein fan though.

What's BSG:Razor all about? That other big ship with the female admiral before she got killed? Aren't they the ones that raped and tortured that Cyborg chick? /shudder

Thats what it looks like Roz. I missed those episodes with the Pegasus so Im lost on that story line.

It was a bit much for me - I can't watch rape in tv/movies. The crew of the Pegasus were apparently pretty blood thirsty and had zero compunctions about torturing what's her name...#6, the blond cyborg. They tried to rape what's her name, too, the Asian female pilot cyborg chick.

Eureka is a quirky little show which I enjoy less and less every episode. The dumbest guy seems to solve every problem in town, every episode. Don't get me wrong they have some hot chicks on the show. I would have preferred having Dresden.

Razor revolves around the first cylon war and if it were a movie, it'd be a prequel. ;) Unfortunately, if you don't already know, season 4 is the last BSG season. The first half will play at the beginning of '08 and the second half won't turn up til the start of '09.

I miss Dresden. Many of us on the browncoat boards sat in waiting for Jim Butcher's announcement. Hopefully he'll continue writing many books to come. We can't lose all of our wizards named Harry.

Im glad they are going to give it a real ending.
