Help! >.<

Ok, so I have my own site...well, its a forum, but yeah...

Now, someone else did it for me because I am a complete noob at this, but now I am stuck because I cant change it cos I cant get hold of him.

Sooo, I want to make a new one. I want it to have a gallery because just now I am using the forums, which I had to block to unregistered cos of spammers. Another thing I now cant change /sigh.
However, I still would like forums too.

I like this forum (but dont know what it is), and I like the Wordpress one that one of my RP guilds has. (edit- hmm, maybe its not Wordpress, though I thought that was what she told me it was befoire - http://www.eqhouseillumine.com/forums/. this one)I am used to php though, but would change for something nice.

Now...any patient person want to run me through how to download one and put it on my domain etc?
I have filezillia or something, which i used breifly before to change the logo and stuff on my current one, but thats about as much as I can do :S
