Apple Updates and fixes

whats with all the mac hate?

its hardware built by humans, of course it has problems.

but about 1/100th or so of Windows.

I've had my mac laptop macbookpro for a year and a half and not a single solitary problem with it. the only app thats ever crashed on me in it was DAZ ( before it was intel compatible.. go figure ) and WoW - which isnt a surprise. they suck at getting shit compatible with everything.

and also - you dont ever see news releases for WIndows fixes. obviously because if they released a news item for every windows update we'd drown in them.

My imac i opened up yesterday only had 13 updates to install ( for quicktime, itunes etc )

when you install Windows, you've got well over 100. not including optional software + its patches.

I hate their customer service and have had nothing but a bad experience with the Ipod. I have always hated the smugness of the company and its Fanbois who make out that the apple is God come to earth to make our lives better. They sell PC hardware with a linux derivative OS and its over priced. So yes I'm going to hate on them when I can. It really is the smugness though that bothers me the most.

I could care less what people use to compute with and I hate Dell just as much :)

PS 99.99 % of all computer problems can me attributed to user error.
