I seriously considered writing NBC and offering to work for free when I heard about this. Wow I have no shame. lol
As of tonight, late night shows will be in reruns - ie Jay Leno, David Letterman, etc. This halts production on movies, tv shows, just about everything with a written word associated with it. Last time this happened was in 1988 and lasted 5 months. Shame I don't even recall it happening and I was a freshman in high school then. =x

I didn't go read it, but remember seeing something about it in that article with Joss Whedon. Not sure what they are holding out for this time, but honestly they have just as much right to go on strike as any other union to get whatever it is they think they deserve. Contrary to your beliefs dear Vex, the world will not end if you have to watch a few re-runs ;)

They are holding out for royalties on DVD sales and internet sales. Now if they could just get CNN, Jon Stewart, Oprah, and Larry king to follow suit and stay on strike permanently I would be ecstatic.

Jon Stewart is worse than Hillary. He butchers up sound bites out of context and rarely if ever uses a liberal for his target. He had Cheneys wife and Tony snow on last week. They ate that poor idiot a new asshole. All he did was stammer, hem and haw and get his ass owned. FUCKING IDIOT

I am aware of that but comedy central/Jon Stewart (who produces the show and Colbert) try to not bill it that way. When you have serious interviews on your show it kinda nullifies that.
I do love R Kelly Impersonator. It's the only funny part of the show. The rest is liberal spew from a mouth piece who has a large audience. He wraps it up and calls it satire.
