Daz rant...

I waited til the end of the month to gather up all the things I wanted after Christmas and to make sure I used every cent of my voucher for the Gallery piece I'd gotten. I get to check out and.. it's not there. I go digging around and find that.. it EXPIRED?

WHAT THE HELL???

It's not like they even TELL you when you win! Twice now I have gotten a piece picked and I only found out by seeing the available voucher amount when I went to my cart to see totals for all my current goodies. It was admittedly a very pleasant suprise but still.. They don't tell you that you have them AND they expire? Oh that's total BS.

I wrote customer support to see if they will give me it back but I dunno.. seems doubtful I would think. And what's worse is if I had KNOWN it would expire I would have gotten some things I may not have wanted a lot but I could always get a 30 day refund on then apply it to something else that I *did*.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Yeah I'd be bitching too. It's not even quite end of the month til midnight, so why it's expiring already is beyond me. Specially since if it was a typical Daz month, you didn't get it til a couple weeks in anyway?

Well they actually gave me a new voucher for it and made sure to point out this one would expire too.. I spent it all already so I'm not worried heh! But I continue to be suprised by their customer service.. =)

Yeah they do take care of you, if you can get hold of them anyway. I've noticed now with the PC Gallery vouchers, last two I've gotten have been right in my account on the first, so I'm wondering if they didn't figure out a way to automate that just like the regular monthly $5 vouchers lol

My annual renewal suddenly stopped renewing for some reason - my cc was fine, I was set up to renew, but suddenly i'm on monthly. I emailed them twice - never heard anything back. Fuckers.

That's when you hop on the phone and talk to miss Brit personally, and she should either handle it herself or get you to the right person to take care of it.

Same happened to me too Roz, and I'm not about to call them from Australia. Guess I will just live with it.
