Eat it your way...

I don't know if you guys know of Creme Eggs, but you can buy them between Christmas and Easter here in UK. This year the company that makes them (Cadbury) launched an incentive, encouraging us to make a display. I don't know if this is UK wide, or just my company, but being the nosey moo I am, I overheard the boss talking about it and volunteered my services. It took some convincing as I don't normally get to do the merchandising in the store, let alone make a display, but eventually he gave in, and even supplied the huge ass ball I painted it on.

And I do mean huge, as you will see below with me standing next to it finished, and I am 5'4 tall...



I was not allowed to paint directly onto it, so I wrapped it in shrink wrap to protect it, then sellotaped chip shop paper to it for me to paint on. I drew it on freehand, then used poster paint. I then shrink wrapped it again so the sheets of paper didn't blow off when someone opened the door lol. Because of the size of it I had to do it en situe so I had lots of enquiring looks.
As for hanging the top half up...lol, that was a task unto itself.

Took about a day to do.
