236 is still pretty impressive, considering the movie wasn't much longer than an hour. I found myself laughing at most of the gore. I'm usually one of the first to get sick to my stomach when I see a person mutilate another, but it didn't hit that nerve with me at all.

This Rambo film is....almost over the top. There are some horrific death scenes in it lol and Rambo goes on a killing spree that tops the other Rambo flicks.

I don't think I've ever seen a full Rambo flick before this one, but I really didn't know that the first one only had one kill.
That last tally is a bit iffy. There were no consensual sex scenes, but there was an obscured rape orgy with topless views of the women that were tossed into a crowd covered by colored smoke.
