Where did all Oil's Cash Go?

It's the fastest growing city in the world right now. They did a feature of it on the Today show - shit *I* want to go. There's a base/TDY destination out there - I've heard stories of their mall and the city itself is just amazing.

Wow I wonder if there's any oil work out there for Americans that have done it before. I know that alot of companies will send American oil workers all over the world to work (I hope we can relocate to Scotland someday!). I know that wasn't the point but it looks like a nice city.

I would like to visit and play golf. I could likely get free tee times since I am working as an assistant pro again. There is a Hyatt there and girl works for them so it might happen. The Hyatt is holding their General Managers meeting there in a month. My dad is a retired Delta Pilot so I could get over there for a couple hundred bucks.

Discovery did a show on them building the islands, I just saw it the other night. Pretty freakin wild how they dredged the bottom of the ocean for sand that gets sucked into these huge cargo holds, then they shoot it out of a spout through the air (called a rainbow spout or something like that) and it piles up until the islands are there. They were running out of sand to build the islands though. Apparently, you can not use desert sand to build the islands, you need marine sand. And they can only steal like 3 feet off the bottom of the ocean without causing severe damage to the ecosystem.
