with all that light from the front - might want to consider a night time background?

I think you should try colour balancing this a little more. Due to the very obvious blueness of her skin, the lighting and overall atmosphere should reflect this. Try adding a nice soft blue light into your scene... I suggest an infinite light. Or try colour balancing in photoshop .

There will be a night time background with the moon shining in the window, bu gotta find one lol. As for colour balancing... I'm a noob, you gotta use little words or pictures :)

Too dark, and a bit too blue I think. (I'm looking at this on my monitor at work, so I could be wrong, I'll have to re-check from home) But GAWD is she gorgeous!! I totally agree with FyreGarnett about the hair :lol Maybe, on the lighting, use maybe a "portrait" kinda lighting so that her face can be brighter but shading to dark as you go down? I don't know if I'm saying that right...

I really despise the giant blades on that outfit, tho I really like the outfit itself. :)

it is a bit on the dark side... but the overall lighting is definetly heading in the right direction!!! It does look more like moonlight this way.

The blade thingies are too bright - i don't have them so I don't know how they are set up for highlights or whatever, but at the moment, they stick out as white patches where the rest of the metal is blending in. (and I remember you going on a year or so ago about how you didn't think you'd ever learn all this!! you have come a LONG way!!!)

Ack, I forgot to adjust that blade lol. I'll fix it when I adjust the lighting again. And yes, it was only a year ago lol. Scary thought really, and its not even like I spend every day on it, I go weeks without touching it.

The lighting is definately there. The blue however is too blue in the sense it is too much of a light blue to be convincing moonlight. Darken it to a more navy blue. :)

and pop it into your Daz > Studio > Content > People > Victoria4 (i think) then it will show up.

Ack, I'm late and you're probably done but I'm trying to catch up with c/cing =D

I'm a big fan of dramatic camera angles and posing. :thumbsup I like how you posed her, but there's something about her that's off. The shadows from the window are great, but the shadows on her don't seem to match. Especially on her left hand, it looks a little flat. I'd maybe tone down the blue light a little bit - a more pale blue since it really accents the blue on her quite a bit. I like the pale blue of her skin in the original picture but the blue moonlight looks too strong.

Also with her name on the side - that's tricky to pull off. You might want to go in and give it a soft dark border behind it and maybe around the entire pictures edge. It throws the focus off from the entire picture.

I think that's the big thing, her lack of shadows and the over powering shadow from the window that seems odd to me. Overall - Jadyn is the sexness, fo sho. She renders nicely. Love the pose, love your and dramatic flair! Again sorry if you're already done, figured I'd chime in =D

Hmm, how do you mean off? The window is the one from DM chronicles with the pentacle in the middle, which is whats shining on her. The light is from an angle too, not straight in, which is maybe why it seems off. I dunno lol.
The writing was for her Magelo, but I can redo without.

Hmm actually, maybe if I use a distant light instead of a spotlight? would that make a difference?

Oops sorry hehe. What I meant by off (I need to be a tad more specific - /smacks self) is that there only seemed to be a strong shadow from the window and the rest of the shadows didn't quite match up. The shadows on her specifically. I know that makes no sense /snort.

I think I know what you mean...sort of...lol. Will look at it again this weekend when I get time :)
