because this guy is plastered all over the news and will be known as the kid with the tranny mom/dad and kids will make his childhood a fucking misery?

if kids werent so fucking mean to each other it probably wouldn't be a big deal but it doesnt take much at all for kids to gang up on you for being even a tiny bit different than them.

Are they going to do a C section?

i'm guessing that a full sex change operation hasn't been done, so a c-section may not be necessary. not sure i want to confirm that, though....
i'm a little baffled why this is such a big deal though - he started life as a woman, so why does it matter if he's pregnant - biologically, he's still female enough to get pregnant (though I do have to wonder how the dr took this one - it's not everyday that a couple walks into your office for fertility issues - and it's the "husband" who will be carrying the fetus...) if he had started as a man, i could see it - that would be a medical breakthrough.

He has all his reproductive organs so I am guessing he could give natural birth. I don't see this being any worse than a gay couple having a child so it's no big deal to me.

Same here. He's not the first pregnant man (http://www.malepregnancy.com/) and honestly this sits better with me then people taking bigger risks with quintuplets and more at the same time when they were on hormones and the like. I was fortunate to have children and honestly it's not my place to say whether someone else should or shouldn't have that same right. Will there be some type of stigma attached....possibly.... but I was ridiculed for being adopted so go figure.
