Teen Repellant

I really want to beat some reporters with a spiked bat. Every year they reintroduce this as an emerging issue, but people have been using similar devices for years.
What the fuck? The big ringtone issue was that kids were trying to use it so teachers didn't know their phones were going off in class. Why the hell would a deaf adult use it? I swear, the media's level of cluelessness gets higher and higher each time.
