Diary of the dead.

Written and directed by George Romero. Honestly, when the credits rolled on this, I pointed at Romero's name and said, 'He should be ashamed he had any part of this.' This movie was HORRIBLE. It was so 'Blair Witch' in the sense that there is always 1 person who doesn't want to put the fucking camera down - even when someone is being attacked by a zombie.

Still, it was a zombie movie - hi2u Mike's obsession - and I sat through this zombie flick masquerading as a documentary on social awareness and how the internet is killing us only to be thankful at the ending when the main camera guy finally got his ass chewed up by a zombie, all caught on tape. His last words?

'Shoot me.'

And he didn't mean shoot him in the head to keep him from waking up dead - he meant shoot him as in 'here, take my camera'. No shit, he handed his girlfriend his video camera. It made me wonder though - about people's zombie survival plans again. They ended up in some huge mansion's panic room with a social commentary about whether or not the living deserved to be saved.

Meh.

In hardcore zombie flicks the zombies always win=P

There is no survival to the walking dead or a happy ending!

Was this movie even a add on to his other "Dead" movies?

I wasn't hoping for a happy ending. The only happy ending I've seen on a zombie flick was 'Shaun of the Dead' and that was an obvious parody. So I have no desire to see anyone happy lol. The special effects were out-fucking-standing but it was just dumb.

'Those aren't zombies. Those people were alive.'

Uh no, when you're pulling yourself out of a fiery car crash and you smell of bacon - I'm gonna have to say that he's a zombie. So the character in denial was ridiculous. Even my mother would have said, 'Wow that's a zombie.'
