Yea it is and I love Madonna but serious some one please force feed her ass a dozen pizzas or sumpin. She is way too thin and its caught up to her face.

wow - those arms really look scary...and her face looks like she had something done to it besides losing weight...very freaky.

The other pictures her arms are not anywhere near as scary, it is almost like the first image was touched up to make it look worse than it was.

However, her face is really sunken. :(

Think the arms in the ne has to do with the lights and shadows, you have to keep in account there are like dozens of other photographers there at the same time taking pictures so some flashes are in one maybe not in others? /shrug they weird me out tho. My grannie is 80+ and thin but don't look anything like that =X
