Earthquake rattles Los Angeles

A magnitude 5.4 earthquake has struck just east of Los Angeles, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quake's epicenter was about 2 miles southwest of Chino Hills and 5 miles southeast of Diamond Bar. The center was about 7.6 miles deep. A 5.4 quake is considered by the USGS to be "moderate."

My GFs parents are there - from her email it didn't sound bad, just a big shake. But I haven't gotten details yet.

Decent earthquake finally hits my city woohoo.

Felt good, was fun watching my house sway back and forth. Ground felt cool, broken glasses, shit knocked off shelves. Phone lines were down for like 2 hours though!

Now to wait for the big one
