Why not do a dark themed background. Take a forest scene and darken it? Misty, red eyes peering out? I think the ranger looks hawt, nice expression on his face. The font is pretty cool, little weird they requested it but I like that font and will gank it now =D
The background just seems off with how his expression is. Maybe experiementing with that will help. =)

No bow
To use the Nightmare before christmas font (which I don't think fits with this sig)
So, here's what I've come up with.
It sucks and I know it. I only have one screenshot of him, which is part of the reason it sucks. I like options damnit. =)
