Not because she's hot, but because she is the quintessential sci fi kick ass babe. Those movies wouldn't have been possible without her - and don't tell me Barbarella was the reason. O_o

the Alien Quadrilogy is still my favorite out of all the Sci-Fi Series... and it would not have been possible with any other Girl than Sigourney.
Though i have to say that they never should have made these Alien/Predator Crossovers... the second one of them was badly directed and badly shot as you mostly can't see s**t.

I'll agree that she's noteworthy, but as you can see by the link, the article is a list of the Top 50 Hottest Sci-Fi Girls. I still disagree with a bunch on the list, but I guess with a list that long, they're inevitably gonna include girls I find unattractive.
