The picture is very nice, but it looks like the default studio lighting. I would try to add some lights, to make it a bit more dramatic, and add some shadows. Otherwise, everything else looks great. (Pose, expression, background, tat looks good too!)

I'm diggin her tattoo. I like your pose, the background could stand to be a bit more detailed but for a pin up sort of picture it really works. Gaia looks awesome. I love her eyes.
