Nice composition, however it looks like she's floating again. Maybe angling the camera a little to have the view be looking down would help with shadow placement. It just looks like you pasted her onto the 2d background.
Good pose though and nice outfit. Her lighting matches the background a little more, but maybe a little less warm tones with such a blue background.

Lookin good. Really nice pose specially her hand on her staff there! She should have shadows all over the floor from the torchs on each side of her. When using a bg like that i would opt for 3 lights. A soft spot on each side (w/shadows) abouts where the touches would be and maybe a inf IBL or something in front just to lighten her up a bit? Just something to keep in mind on the next one. :)
