Well, I'm not a fairy person, anyone on the board can tell you that, so as far as taste go - it's not really my thing. However, as far as using ground props, you might want to post work in some more grass (you can find brushes on Deviantart or just google for them) to fill in the blocky, flatness that you tend to get with props like that.
