EQ Bloodmoon Orc WIP

So I've been really lacking in doing any art the last few months. My father had been very ill and recently I had to go San Diego to visit him and have the Drs turn off the machines and he passed away. So to say the least, my heart & mind had not been into art'ing.

Anyway.. I had promised a friend a magelo for his EQ Rogue who wanted his rogue in orc illusion he likes so much. I've been experiementing and finally put something together using The Freak to resemble an orc. Here is what I have so far. CC is more than welcome since I'm sure I messed up something and haven't noticed it yet since my muse has been MIA for months.

Postwork - I had to paint the actual cap on his head since I couldn't find anything in my runtime that would work. I also had to repaint the damn nose because no matter how much I messed with dials and morphs I could not for the life of me get the nose right. Alos repainted the skin as well since the skin texture had those funky veins showing. Now that I think about it, might have to go back and change the skin to more of a greenish color.

Oh, Credits listed in the picture.

Holy smokes, that looks dead on!

I'm very sorry to hear about your father, Nianya =/ :hug

Thanks.

I'm having fun trying to postwork the feet from human feet to claws. After a few hours trying to draw them, I realized an easier way.. use a poser model with claw feet and render only the feet and postwork them in. DUH! LOL

edit:

Heres how the feet look so far. Still gotta do more work on them, but you get the idea.

That's looking awesome hon! The only thing that stands out to me are his teeth. With only the bottom teeth poking out, he looks like he's got a serious underbite. The screenie shows both top and bottom like he's just got a mouth full of sharp pointy teeth. That's the -only- thing I see that you haven't absolutely nailed with this one aside from the skin color which you already mentioned ;)

See! Knew there was something I wasn't paying attention too. LOL Thanks Eve.

Has a mouth full of teeth now, but I'll have to go back and do a little more to the mouth area because its still looks like an underbite. I think his top lip area will need some fixing/highlighting to get it looking right.
If postworking doesn't get it looking right, I'll just have to open up Poser and redo the mouth there.

OK here is the final magelo pic and he loved it. :sunDecided to skip on weapons since weapons change so often - plus I lack any cool 3D weapons that would have worked. A LOT of postworking as you can tell. I guess this would be more of a mixed media piece than 3D.
