In Paint Shop Pro X and later, the "Defringe" command can be found in the "unused commands".
I drug it out and stuck it up on my bar then.

ok been tring to find it but i cant , cant find the remove white matte in PSP X and its getting rather annoying >.< i have to search a while in PS to find it as i alwasy forget where they put it but moving stuff when your cutting and pasting in PS seems so meh cant move things around like you can in PSP .
