Specializing in Drupal

So, I'm teaching myself web design, and I think I'm going to specialize in Drupal (a CMS) sites. Here's one I designed and set up for a friend. http://untrainedhousewife.com/

And here's my website, which is in a constant state of being redone as I learn new things. http://creationsbykethaera.com/

Feedback welcome.

The untrained housewife is a cute set up, plus it looks like a really interesting site.

Your personal one has a lot of negative space - instead of duplicating the background in your header, why not create something that fits around the main middle block?

I was kind of thinking about doing something else in the background on my site, since the static image I've got doesn't look very good on small monitors. Still haven't made up my mind though.

Thanks for your comments!

Hmmm...how much do you charge? :P I can't figure out all this web design thing lol

It really depends on the scope of the project. A small personal site with very little content is going to be a lot cheaper than a commercial site with tons of product pages, etc. And if you just want a custom template to install yourself rather than having me set up the whole site for you, that's even cheaper.
