Pose and lighting look good. I'd maybe rework the glitter glow. If you're using photoshop, try doing the sparkles in white then going into blending options/outer glow and doing a more subtle glow. Right now it looks over saturated and it's quite distraction from the rest of the piece. Try smaller sparkles maybe and disperse them a little more.

I agree about the sparklies.

Also, I wouldn't redo it just for this, but next time you might consider using Depth of Field to blur the background a little so that your eye is drawn more to the character. I find myself being distracted because the background is so crisp and detailed and right up against her.

Alternatively, you could fake DOF with postwork by blurring the background some, I've done that before. Or you could try a fuzzy black vignette overlay on the sides to try bringing the eye more to the center. Just my opinion, and I'm certainly no expert!

Hmm, the sparklies were a brush lol, I didn't alter them.

Is it DAZ 3.0 that has the DoF? My postworking it always looks weird so I tend not to bother >.<

You can do DOF in any version of DS, it's just easier in 3.x because they included a handy tool to help you visualize it instead of having to do calculations.

If you're still using an earlier version of DAZ Studio, I recommend first reading this tutorial to understand DOF and the calculations involved: http://artzone.daz3d.com/wiki/doku.php/pub/tutorials/dazstudio/studio-camera02

Then get this free handy little spreadsheet that has the calculations already made, all you have to do is plug in the X,Y,Z coordinates for your camera and your null point (read the tutorial) and the calculations are made for you: http://www.sharecg.com/v/28061/script/Daz-Studio-DOF-tool?division_id=11

And a final tip, if your DOF looks blocky instead of a nice even blur, set your pixel samples a little higher. I think in DS 2.x I was using pixel samples of 8.
