WOW.. I need to play the lottery!

Ok first thing... I was cruising craigslist and saw a free Standard Poodle who needs a home. Talking to the owner, he sounds amazing. Almost show quality. Perfect coat for grooming. Just stands there and lets you groom him, dremel his nails. Big boy of 60lbs. Long beautiful tail. Its like my dream Poodle I've always wanted! I already own a standard poodle and I LOVE the breed, so if all goes well, I might be getting my dream poodle!

Second... I got 2 commissions in a day.. never happens to me. What luck!

Now here's the kicker.. I usually do my artwork as a hobby to help pay for my EQ addiction =P and never really gave it much thought about doing anything other than EQ related stuff, and never thought about trying to sell artwork other than magelo & sigs... not until this weekend that is.

I get this email asking for a commission and in the email exchanges... he says he's big into calendars, and if I've ever thought about doing one. I'm like not really. LOL So he goes on to say he could 'help me produce it and assist with the money....it might cost 2k or 3k to do it but he's lost more than that in a weekend in Vegas'.

:shock: Some random person who is willing to invest a 2-3k for me to produce a calendar? WTH? LOL Too good to be true? I don't know, but he said he's going to check into some things and get back with me.
