I thought it looked beyond stupid. It got all kinds of great reviews, and praise from the gay community for... whatever... they tried to make it like this movie forces you to broaden your horizons and become more accepting of people's differences. I don't think that's quite how it works. At least, not with this movie.
Some of his other characters might be "comic genius" (I personally don't think so, but I can see where the opinion is coming from. Ali G. is pretty good), but this is just sad.

Do not bother renting this movie. Mike and I made it 10 minutes in before finally just turning it off. And this is sad because we thought Borat was the most uncomfortably funny movie ever made - for Sasha Coehn to follow up that hit with this...I just don't even know.

I agree ROz, and only made it 15 minutes into the movie before I shut it off. Luckily for me I saw it on TVShack, so I didn't have to pay for it. What a complete waste.
