What the hell is this movie about?? Is that Brandon Lee reborn? Isn't that the Chucky guy? What the hell?

From that trailer I had no desire to see that movie. I checked it out on IMDB (spoiler link here for anyone who is interested - Link) and found it doesn't look anything like what I would have thought. I still doubt I'll see the movie, except maybe on dvd.
