Web hosting

Anyone know some good web hosting that's inexpensive? I was using FatCow but I wasn't really very keen on it. I've also used Colortech in the past, which I liked, but their customer service is a pain in the ass.

It has to be very user friendly, because while usually I'm fairly computer savvy, websites and stuff confuse the hell out of me. I just want my own domain, and a place to host my art. I'm very wary of DA right now lol.
