I don't know, this is kinda mean. I know it's a comedy, an ironic comedy, but...wow that's just mean. It's like slapstick comedy with a mean storyline, with an obvious happy ending, for the sake of comedy. /sadface What a waste of talent, I think.

Just a more adult, not more mature just more adult, take on asking the ugly girl to prom only to make fun of her once she gets there. Perhaps a bit more fun *shrug* but I can definitely wait for it to come to cable LoL
