Hawaii Five O reboot

Some potential there.

Just watched the Pilot and EP 1.2 tonight. I thoroughly enjoy the show - Garrett is hardcore and Danno (Scott Caan) is a hilarious comic relief, straight laced partner. They have great chemistry as partners together, as well as Chin (the asian guy from Lost) and Kona (Boomer from BSG) as cousins and support. No crazy CSI stuff, although they do have a super cool touch screen table top and their iphones can do weird James Bond shit, but all in all, they keep the Hawaiian local flair (all the pidgin and dialect) square and true. I like it, got it set up on my dvr series record =D

I caught the pilot on demand (I love FIOS!) the other night. I dig it too I don't remember enough about the old one anymore to compare it, but as current cop shows go, it seems pretty cool. Of course I get the theme song stuck in my head LoL

I was surprised actually on how well Hawaii 5-O is. I always get worried about a reboot or remake of anything these days. The pilot episode was interesting with James Marsters as the bad guy Victor Hesse in possibly a recurring role. Its on my must watch list of new shows this season for sure.
