What is her hair and eye color?

Ejhin D'Vanth is the assassin - her hair colour is sooty grey (described as sooty), meaning all the various shades of ash colour. Pale grey, light almost white highlights, darker grey charcoal under or lowlights. Her leathers and hair match somewhat. Hope that helps, let me know if there is anything else you need.

How does pregnancy effect her body, does she show the same as a normal human woman? What type of clothing does she normally wear, something to show off her pregnancy or hide it from others.

She takes on all the normal characteristics of the form she takes, so she would show as much as a normal woman would at 5 months. She dresses for practicality mostly, she's not trying to hide it but her clothes are often loose enough to disguise it at the moment.

I tried to pick a stage of pregnancy where I thought it could be hidden if needed, or showing if she is wearing tighter clothing...depends on how much of a challenge you want

I was thinking dark skinned - African looking. But I'll leave it up to you. You don't have to go with that.
