Hey there. Verileah has pointed me here and told me quite firmly to introduce myself. So, yeah, I'm a teacher at a charter school in deep south Texas, just a few miles from the Mexican border. Aside from all the really deep literature I teach (whoa! heavy!), I fancy myself a writer of sci-fi and fantasy (though the first novel I've written and polished up has yet to be published) as well as poetry. I dabble in graphics a bit (I'm yearbook adviser at this school and we do... or rather, my daughter does the entire annual in Photoshop), but nowhere near the level of most of you incredible artists. What else, what else... my wife is from Mexico, where she studied photography and hotel science; right now she's really into construction and woodworking. I have three beautiful children who brighten my every waking moment (occasionally by starting fires).
I can't think of anything else to say, but I'll open the floor for questions, even silly ones.
