Corvas moving?

I was wondering that myself. From what I hear all the big stores have their issues, but it seems like a lot of people are leaving RMP lately.

I think it was the shared coupon issue. Some one explained it to me, what the shared coupon meant. I think that RMP would still get their full cut and the vendor would take the brunt of the coupon? Eve can probably answer it but I think the bitch is asleep.

I think Eve keeps te same hours as my 15 year old :p

Pfft Eve sleeps when she's tired so bites me! :D I do know that the shared coupon is a big part of it. Forcing vendors to either participate in a sale with the coupon in an amount that Rendo chooses where Rendo takes their normal cut, and only absorbs half of the coupon... or we put our store on sale so that the coupon is not valid, at our chosen amount. Well, that tends to irritate customers who wanted to use the coupon, and don't realize that if someone has their store on sale for less than said coupon, it's our only option to retain control of our own sales. So yeah, having them basically say we asked for it in a survey which was bullshit, and then not listening when a ton of people said they want nothing to do with it, does tend to drive a few folks off.

And then what do you do when the coupon IS valid on sale items x_x

Whatever you want, because those coupons are completely absorbed by Rendo. So if we want to have a sale then, it benefits the customers because they get even more off, and it doesn't come out of our pockets. No more than whatever amount we set our sale for that is.
