It's easy - take equal parts oatmeal (not the quick cooking kind), apple cider vinegar, and honey, mix them into a paste (add moar honey if it's not pasty enough), put paste on clean face, and let sit for 20 minutes before washing off.

As in equal parts pond water and hot water? I'm guessing ponds doesn't mean an actual pond.

Ponds cold cream. Smear and wipe with a face towel soaked with hot water. It's very complicated.

Oh, goodness, this isn't an every day thing - maybe every other week is good.
