Day 2 - OOC

I noticed Polarn kind of said that she likes things clean in her profile. And at the first murder there was somone complainging about how messy it was. And the second was supposivly exesivly cleaned.

Excessively clean...Simon the fashion model? OH! He wanted his room clean immediately! Clean and neat...clean and neat. Here are my other thoughts:

Mafia hit rufus to cast suspicion on tyler but I still think tyler is a townie.

Suspects: Jed the janitor and Simon the model. Both clean. My money is on jed being mafia. Simon...i dont know.

Polarn is too convient... (not ruling it out either)

But, look at Simon Williams aka "pharren"' bio:



So it could also be him.....

Also, I don't think being a janitor necessarily means your a neat freak...

Theres also the "fuck you" factor in that pharren made himself his own unique sig.

I don't know I think Pharren is townie from talking to him after roles were assigned.

Or you're mafia, vulash and you're trying to protect another one!

this game is awesome

I'm going to rule out Marcus Bragg (aka Vulash), considering his bio has him as a big burly bastard.

However.... another "suspect" could be:

So her mom dies from dust. This could either be related to the way the murder took place(She killed her own mother?) OR it could be the reason that the place was so clean (Aversion to dust since it killed one of the two people she ever cared about?).

Another one is Jinheim aka Jacob - He is a chef, and the murder appears to be poison, but who else woudl the special let cook for him? A professional cook? It's a thought =/

How was he found? That's what I'm curious about. On the ground, at the table, in the tub or on the floor? Was the cleaning compulsive or necessary?



Why would it be poison if he didnt eat anything that a chef (Jacob) could've made?

Looks like my 2nd evaluation had things a bit better off... Deaner wasn't the SK, and he wasn't mafia, he was just a poor deranged little man (who, BTW T_Smith - great roleplaying your character...acted just like a schizo even down to the silent, abrupt vote change.)

On a horrid computer and reserving the gossip until we get some more in character responses to the murder, my will be forthcoming after I switch computers (aka houses)

first of all let me clarify a few things...

simon is gay. ok? yeah, he asked for his apartment to be clean... i envisioned it as having been abandoned for years, caked with dust and grime and filled with cobwebs. it wasnt just untidy, it was a disaster.

as for me making my own sig being a "fuck you" factor ELVAIZ COUGH COUGH... icecrown was down last night, and i didnt feel like playing EQ. i wasnt tired, so i sat up spam-refreshing the forums waiting for someone to post, and making my own sig. i was bored, and it helps my posts stand out more ;)

by the way, im feeling sick today, so ill probably not be feeling very creative and may go to bed early :(

ok heres what ive got so far (i love this game)...

the death scene has me overly confused, and i think its just because im new to the game and unfamiliar with the bladerunner universe.

1.) the title of the death scene "sell crazy somewhere else" .. does it mean anything? or is it just because both of the "crazy" people have been offed?

2.) bepa (verileah's character) thinks to herself that any way to get around the red tape of retiring androids is a good thing, after her boss tells her to do everything by the book. doesnt by the book usually mean MORE red tape instead of less?

3.) there were no signs of struggle or "violent" death (a pleasant, happy death?) ... anabel (is that the empath's name?) has strong psychic powers... could she have killed him with her mind? perhaps she grew tired of hearing his rambling paranoid thoughts? nobody seemed to give anyone a reason to kill them yesterday, unless people are seeing more than i am. so maybe it was just a random kill, because she didnt like the mess he made in her mind.

you guys need to post more because youre not giving us much to go on. i feel my anabel connection is pretty weak but its the only thing i can think of so far.

as for the cleaning up afterwards... im extra confused. i dont think it would be the janitor, thats too obvious. isnt it? :?

Possbile causes of death:

Gas? would make sense for the kitchen and lack of struggle.

OD? He was mentally ill - did he have pills around the house? could someone have swapped his 'daily dose' with poison?

REgarding the cleanliness. It seems to neat (AHAHA pun) for it to be the janitor, but that doesn't rule him out at all

He does know a lot about people, so it makes him a prime suspect, but I think those actually invovled with the murder may be trying too hard to cover it up...

I just don't know who to vote for :(

And there is the thing with dust. Maybe if not being able to directly 'mind bullet' Rufus to death, could she have 'planted' an image or manufactured fear - it would probably seem normal to rufus, as he was used to voices in his head all the time.

Still stuck on the mopping and cleaning

It doesn't makes sense for gas, or OD or poison to be death as those arn't messy

unless the poison made him vomit, or the scent of the cleaning supplies was suppose to mask the odor of the gas...

the murder must have happened around 1 or maybe 2 am, why was he in the kitchen at that time? had he heard something? midnight snack? or was he talking with someone intentionally? If so it could have been someone he thought he could trust - but what little we knew, he wasn't very trustworthy...

have we ruled out the possibility that the poison was injected? maybe Bepa missed the needle mark in her cursory investigation. not that this would tie anything to anyone, its just another theory on the "how" he died

So, by mentioning the padlocks jed's response could be 1 or 2 things
1) innocent concern for people
2) another way to get into someone's house.

by mentioning the cleaning supplies he could mean
1)someone had broken into/stolen some of his stuff and all they had to do was ask
2) MAFIA CODE WORDS.

Where is this all going?
