Serial Hit #2 /ooc discussion

Elegua Down....words?

lil light on the clues imho.

"Your foolish prayers can't save you now," came a voice, from somewhere deeper in the room.

If memory serves me right, the main person who has a problem with Elegua's religion was the southern evangalist, Reverand Bob Tilton.

He is also a heavy set man, which would be why the clue about Victor hearing him coming (had he not been preoccupied) was said. Not many heavy set people can tred lightly.

In his introduction the Reverand says:
I understood that some financial considerations could be the result of this meeting, and quite frankly, my ministry could use the money.

Do any of you know how expensive air time is on cable today? Anyone? I wouldn't expect you too

Several times he mentions money. That could be the motive needed to off everyone in the house.

Just a thought.

I see your point about the foolish prayers and zeroing in on the Reverand. What about the pizza kid. We haven't heard much out of him.

I agree with the rev theory. He seems to be angry at a lot of people in this house, and he fits into the SK clues pretty well...

Dario nodded, jotting down notes in his water-stained notebook. "Yeah, the reverend is a definite suspect here, with both economic and religious motives in spades. But I don't know if we ought to glom onto him just yet, specially as we ain't figured out who did Ophelia a little while ago."

Personally I'm going with the good reverand as the serial killer. The irony of a man of the cloth (granted that cloth being the dollar bill) being the greedy serial killer is...well not far fetched if you remember Tammy Fae. Ophelia's last word does seem to imply her shock in the irony.

He acts like Tammy Fae too!

LOL

I can only say I am innocent!

Sure the clues point to me, and I am quite interested in the fact that the first person my character singled out was the first hit.

I think this speaks to the intelligence of the SK.

Someone is trying to send you all off onto another tangent.

Just playing my role. Who else would a televangelist have trouble with?

The heretic simply stands out...

SK possibilities:

Just about anyone. Mae comes to mind for some reason.

Mafia:

Vulash, Grimknot, X, Y. If Mae isn't the SK, then I nominate here here.

And just food for thought, what if the pizza kid is the SK. What better persona to hide a diabolical and evil alter personality then behind the veil of a person with a disability???

The Rev., is just too obvious.

Broaden your minds!

Just my thoughts...

What the hell?

Since when has my character had a disability?

Sorry, I guess I confused you with the nose picker...

Alright. Ya got a point there.
One thing I've learned in playing the first go round, was nothing is obvious.

Damnit.

Now I've got suspects, but I'm pretty much back to square one. You are either telling the truth or you are a very good liar, either way, you've saved yourself from my lynching this time around dear Reverand.
Grimknot 19 years ago
I think it's obvious the real SK is trying to set Rev up as a patsy and if anyone's stupid enough to fall for it, well
MEC 19 years ago
Or it could be the reverand's excuse that he was so adamant about the person dieing before they died. ie. He could have set it up so that he could say that someone was trying to frame him.

on another note, could this be a clue?

Under normal circumstances the lighting might be romantic
