Oh i like the clouds, that came out beautifully. I like the manga or mango (whatever that style is lol) style of her. Your lines are always very clean. There's something about her hair that i can't put my finger on. Maybe more highlighting/shading? Its hard for me to word it since I can't think of how to fix it. =/ I guess compared to the rest, the sharpness of everything, the smudginess (smudgyness?) of it contrasts enough to keep drawing my eyes to it.
Me likey though, shes' adorable =)
unusual project
I just wanted to draw clouds, I swear. then it needed something in the foreground... what better than a girl? well then my imagination got all crazy and came up with this purple-haired wind priestess. and I dont even want to know why its done in that style... i despise anime/manga stuff. *boggle*

It may not be your normal style, but it's still great! I love the attention you paid to the staff (?) and the glow on her face. The hand seemd very delicate. My only c/c is that her arm looks kind of like bendy plastic - a Stretch Armstrong, if you will. Maybe make the bend of her arm less curved. Clouds are :thumbsup
