My GF makes comments all the time about me falling asleep. If I'm up doing something or playing a game Im fine....but as soon as I sit down on the couch, or in bed, I'm out like a friggin light. I always ask her what movie she wants to watch (if she isn't watching her night shows) and she says...."It doesn't matter. It's not like you are going to watch any of it anyway.." So much truth.

Soo .. Saturday was a hellacious day at the gym. We had a profesional fighter there, I got raped. I was bruised dirty and exhausted.
After showering and a little on the internet my eyes started to weight heavy.
Isalana kept looking at me and saying .. "you can watch what you want if you come sit (read cuddle) with me"
So I sat into our big two person lounger with a couple of heavy blankets and the blessed silence of Jake sleeping. It was just to much.
I turn to channel 4 and decide to just flip thru channels until we find something decent. And I was doing well. 4 nothing 5 nothing . six is never anything so just skipped that hten is 7 and 9 is public access and 11 is ghetto tv .. maybe 13 whcich is fox. No, no, and more no s. And then (in the words of my wife) I started to slow down. Id watch one show for 30 secs then flip it. then another and flip it.
Somehow I managed to get to channel 58 something I never watch and it was a show kinda like common access but in england. almost like a miny parliment. Strong strong english accents. And the channel stayed there. The where discussing an issue 9 I dont know which) very heatedly (I dont know why) about something ( I dont know when) becasue as it was I had fallen asleep changig channels with the remote in my hand.
Isalana watch that damn show for almost five mins and then asked " Do yuo have any Idea what they are saying are they even speaking english?"
---"what what " .. I awoke and twitched with alittle spittle ripping down your chine you know like a sunny sat afternoon nap kind of spittle.
she says " Holy Fuck, you not only gonna take the remote but youre gonna fall asleep while flipping channels and make me watch those damn english?"
I laughed .. changed the channel .. and fell back to sleep. So I guess Isalana made a new rule in the house. You arent allowd to choose whats on the TV if you are going to fall asleep.

i stay awake all day np.. we lay down to watch some TV. bf asks me if im sleepy "no, not at all. im wide awake" . then.. i start yawning ( unnoticeably at first ).. and he asks again, "no, im fine". then 5 minutes pass, and i twitch, not sure what the twitching is, but i twitch every time im about to fall asleep.
This is always what i LOVE... So i stayed up for 24 hours one day, and its time for bed! oh sweet bed, nice and cold, cool pillow, and PITCH DARK, perfect sleeping conditions... I lay there for about 30 seconds its all quiet, im drifting off and im jarred awake by "So whatcha wanna talk about?"
what do i wanna talk about you ask? i wanna talk about how good it feels to lay here and sleep while you stop talking!

This is always what i LOVE... So i stayed up for 24 hours one day, and its time for bed! oh sweet bed, nice and cold, cool pillow, and PITCH DARK, perfect sleeping conditions... I lay there for about 30 seconds its all quiet, im drifting off and im jarred awake by "So whatcha wanna talk about?"

twitching is good for you. It is the nervous system inputting data into your automatic nervous system. It is your mind replaying very common movements that you do all day. usually the more fit (or the more repetetive) of motions you do the more you may twitch. Everyone is diff. Although I tend to twitch alot I havent really hit anyone. But I do kick a little, me and my wife have to share a big bed or she gets bruises.

haha I do the twitch thing too...usually when I do though it wakes me back up and I'm pissed.
When I was younger an into racing motoX, I used to try to stay awake and watch the Supercross races on ESPN. They were usually on very late night/early morning. I remember I would fall asleep about 10 min before it was on, and I would wake up while they were shoing the closing credits....This used to piss me off beyond belief.
I don't put that much effort into TV anymore. :)
