*Love* it! The hair and expression are kick ass. I prefer the version without the quote - less busy. Th eonly c/c I could offer is that I think it needs a more pronounced border. I prefer to use an inset rectangle at low opacity just because it's simple, doesn't detract, and provides a solid frame. You could go for something different, but that'd be my choice here.
BTW, nice touch with the sparkly nipple~

I love the background on this! Isn't it funny how some things just really draw your attention? She's great and I love how you've done her, the background doesn't take away from her at all but I just love the background.
