She looks like Vex to me. Its beautifully done though, especially her nose. Noses perplex me. :(

Good job on it. Drawing real people is excellent practice... and you know you've done a good job when they are easily identifed. I was personally deeply gratified in college when people could look at my sketchs and name my friends.. Yay! it doesn't look like some random person!

LoL thats the way it was with my when I did a Brad Pitt drawing in high school. All the girls would drool and I knew that I did it right.

Great drawing, btw, noses befuddle me and I end up cursing and never finishing something, almost always because of the nose.

It's been slow goings with the second half because of school and nervousness. Takes me a while to get in the proper mood to try and empathize so that i can feel how the face should look.

Also, I almost always start with the nose or mouth. On Both of these I started with the nose just to establish how large each drawing will be.

Here's my start on her 2nd face... I can't wait to finish this damn thing so i can mail it and be finished with my obsesson.




Opinion: Should i include the ear on the left pic? I'm pretty good with ears, but i think it would take away from the focus of the pic.... if there is one. Maybe lightly draw the ear and leave it in fuzzy sketch detail to show the edge of the pic

i've finished the whole pic now.... i stayed up all night to wait for the sun rise so that i could watch it and be in the correct relaxed mood. It worked too. I drew the rest of the second face in about 10 min once i was set and fixed up her chin and nose a little more. I did a soft ear on the right pic and it looks good so im going to do it faintly on the left too... I'd post it, but I had about a 45 min fight with this POS scanner and did not win. So once I am victorious at persuading the scanner to scan, ill post it

*waits patiently*

ok this is really pissing me off.... i've been trying to get this pic online in anyway that i can... the scanner still wont work and my camera will still not turn on... I think this is a sign from the art gods. What it means I will never know but im upset that my damn camera wont turn on even with new bateries
