I didnt actually capture the vid. It was an MPG that I downloaded. If you go into image ready you can select the actual frames you want to pull out of the MPG..Pretty sweet huh? then you go back into photoshop, do all your work, then back to image ready to save optimized...this is the end result. :)

I think it looks extremely fast because the original video was pretty quick, but, when you pull your frames you pull out like every other frame or something like that, which makes it faster then it really is.

I never thought to do that with Image Ready. I do normally have a .psd open and Image Ready at the same time when I'm making animations from the .psd file but I guess I never thought much about what all you could do with Image Ready.. I get in a photoshop frame of mind.. Other programs?....there are other programs? :winky
