Thanks! I was trying for something a litte different =) How does the picture look? I tried to really match up the lights to the photo background I picked, any feedback on that?

I always notice lighting last lol. From what I can tell yeah the placement of it looks spot on. She should be smirking or pissed or something! lol. The size is concerning me. I love big, huge sigs, but I'm thinking 600x300 may be too large for the skin on SA. I haven't been over there yet this morning if you have it hosted there, I'll see how it looks. I do love the idea of it, its Syphon Filter cool! :teehee

No no.. Amby doesn't smirk or get pissed, usually.. she's super sweet and timid (well she will be at first I'm sure you people will help her evolve :evil ) but she is a Gemini so she has her other side... BUMP! Updated it for the smaller size requirements and decided it needed a little something more to finish it off so here's version 2.. c&c? Did I manage to pull off a convincing windows look?

the window looks good, cept that no windows program would have alarm click digits in it probably =P
id try to go for a more scifi look. have some scanlines run over it to get a better screen effect, maybe some tech lines, stats etc. i dunno. ive never done something like that myself

I like the windows border. Nice touch! As far as the lighting goes, I assume there is another street light to our left out of frame so the lighting on her would be correct from what I see.

She doesn't look smirky to me.. in fact she looks very sweet. That was my first thought about it actually. She looks aweful sweet to be a vampire but then I guess my vampire stereotypes are the same as Mae's. We're prejudiced! :hide

The windows border makes me sad. Do something a lot more scifi looking in my opinion. And drop the horizontal scroll bar. Maybe even put the vertical scroll bar on the left side of the image so it looks like it scrolls the text side only not the whole page.

http://themes.freshmeat.net/browse/60/ for some ideas of the borders available on the window manager I use which would look way better than windows.

I think the idea for the sig is hot. I like.
