Print SPooler not in Service

My printer, somehow, all of a sudden just vanished from my PC. When I click on ADD PRINTER, I get "Printe Spooler not in service". I look into services and it is on. I then tried to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them. Near the end I get "RPC Server not on" but yet it is on. I tried using another USB cord but that did not work. The only thing I can come up with is that it may be a corrupted file, but was told it would not be just one file. Here is a screen shot of everything I did so you see I am not loosing my mind.
