Lots of clues, I thought, and about 20 different fingers pointing in just as many different directions. I apologize if I'm naming an innocent here, but my vote is for The Prophet aka Shadow Walker.

I've been busy =/
Anyways, the evidence seems to point all around... however, the most conclusive evidence lies that with Slipnish aka Major feelgood. He is the "best fit" for the clues provided.
I know I know, I shoulda posted my thoughts earlier, but i was busy =(

I don't understand the votes on prophet when there are almost no clues pointing his way that I can see yet we have clues on Slip and Etric even if they aren't super concrete

The vaulted ceilings of the church had been in existence for nearly two hundred years. They had been built as part of a neighborhood rejuvenation project, in hopes that the influence of the cloth would calm local gang activity. Though the effort was not a complete waste, it had nonetheless stood vacant since government policy required a crack down on mutant activity in the region, effectively removing large sections of the population and placing them in the camps. After that, the church had enjoyed the quiet repose of an early retirement. That is, until the coming of it’s most recent visitors, whose sudden, and heated, argument echoed off the wooden beams, a relative parody of the passionate sermons that once filled the great halls.
“What are we supposed to do now? Where do we go?? That girl downstairs was here to guide us, to show us the way out! Now we’re trapped here!†a voice quailed.
“We’re not trapped, we can leave anytime we want,†a second voice responded.
“And go where?? Those things, those sentinels are out there looking for us! What kind of chance do you think we have out there alone??â€Â
As the argument escalated, more voices joined the fray:
“Someone wanted this to happen. Someone is working for them.â€Â
“Well it wasn’t me!â€Â
“Then who is it?? It couldn’t have been me!â€Â
“Well it’s certainly not me! And why the hell couldn’t it have been you??"
“I was up here all along!â€Â
“No you weren’t!â€Â
“What exactly are you implying??â€Â
“You heard me!â€Â
The fight that followed would have seemed epic in comparison to the gang battles that once raged in the streets beyond the church walls. The sound of stained glass windows shattering, pews being hurled through the musky air, crashing to splinters against their targets, and the raging screams of the accused echoed through the structure like a visceral nightmare. The church listened to the insanity with silent indifference. Listened, until it came to a sudden and abrupt end.
“My god...â€Â
“He’s not moving, why isn’t he moving?â€Â
“I didn’t mean to... I mean, is he?â€Â
“I think so.â€Â
“Dear god, what did we do?â€Â
“I didn’t even know his name...â€Â
“Heard him say it was Dudley, or something.â€Â
“Dudley.â€Â
“I think I’m going to be sick.â€Â
Then as quickly as the argument had begun, the visitors fell silent once more. Silent, save for the sound of hushed weeping, that drifted up into the rafters like incense.
