Great job on cleaning up the eyes and lengthening that fabric piece. The only things I can see on her to c/c are to add some more highlights to the bun so it matches the bangs, enhance the shadows and highlights on the chain on her skirt so it looks more like it's sitting on top of her skin & frabric, smooth out the curve of the ear, and check out the shape of her neck on our right side (her left) - it starts at the base, curves up and out to a point, and then continues straight up to her chin. The bottom of the neck looks thinner than the top as well.
Beautiful job on the text (I want to know how you did that~) and the frame.

Yes tell us how you did the text!!! I love the blue, this is different than your other characters and its a beautiful change. My only c/c would be her armor looks a little flat compared to the background. I love her hair, agree with the highlighting on the bun, but wow overall this is awesome. Very nice icey feel to it and she's just beautiful =D

Looks good and the spacing and everything is lovely but her hair gets lost in the darkness of the background.. her skin and body show up well but you lose the details of her hair. I'm not sure about the desaturated feel of the background compared to the very saturated colors of the lettering and the figure it almost seems to me that it either needs to be even more desaturated to make a very noticable contrast or more saturated in order to blend it in with the figure and the lettering.
