k, my air conditioning is broke! How is it that i rented an apartment and everything in it was fucked up in it? Were they strollin down the list of availables and the junk busted up one said RENT TO STUPID DYAN right on the line next to it?
Been here 8 months and today its boobsweat hot and i turn the air on and it never cools my place down past 85. the air is kinda sorta cool but barely. i give it a few hours and nothing! i ended up having to open the door and windows again because it was cooler outside! /adds central air to list of broken things in apartment.
Then like the big baby i am, i fell asleep next to the open doorwall on the floor tryin to cool off. I'll be glad when i get a home this october! Plus my doggies pee'd all over the carpet in the living room during potty training time so ha to them!
time to call maintenence again. h8 them.

If it gets too hot inside the house, I either go outside, or go to the basement.

I feel your pain..I truly do..I've been without AC for the last 5 years. A couple years ago a nice heat wave passed over Europe (killing hundreds!) and it was over 110.....with....no.....air....c...o...n...d...i...t...i...o...n...i...n...g... I thought I was going to up and fucking die. It got about 95 for a few days this year so far, but now it's back down to 65-70....For now....!

Or just find a person in the neighborhood with a pool and make yourself at home. You could always make lemonade to take with ya, so you'd have something to offer them when they walk into their yard wondering who the fuck you are and why you're doing laps in their pool.

oh boy maintence came yesterday and its was over 95 in my little apartment, me and the poor animals sweatin bullets and the guy says.
'your freon needs to be recharged and i cant do it wait till monday, wish you woulda called on friday.'
wtf jerk! so i took my two furry dogs to my boyfriends sisters apartment who lives 3 buildings over and we sat in her air conditioned heaven!
today i repot, is much nicer both in and outside the apartment!
