Yeah for those sparkle paint brushes Mae! Those are awesome! I'm trying not to go too sparkle nutty...but I think I will make one for myself that is intensively sparkley :D

I'd say chop some of the height off the sig and take out the sparkly you have on his waist (it just looks out of place).

For his hair i'd slim it down so its flowing down his neck, not spread out so far. The thing that perplexed me was your background. It seems out of place, like its an actual city. Remind me of COH to be honest.
Did you take his screenshots in the day or night? It looks like you dodged his skin but then went over with burn. You can see the purple tint on his blade. Honestly I'd redo his shot altogether, this time a closer angle at like 12pm norrath time. Probably get a cleaner brighter shot of his armor. Consider putting it on a separate layer and playing with the levels.
I do like your font and text effects, very nicely done! :thumbsup Your border with triad's name connecting it is cool, gonna have to gank that, thank you! =D
