Much better on the skin tone, although if you want, you could put him in the shadows a bit and use the light of the torn world as your source but it looks awesome. I like how you darkened the inside and left it bright for the border.

The quote is good but how it's broken up is confusing. Slap a comma in there after 'lies'. I think that'll make more sense.

Could add some highlights to his right shoulder. Trick with that is doing 'inner shadow' and adjusting its direction and color.

The text looks good. Very simple. It looks like it's missing something but couldnt tell you what =D

That particular font doesn't come with punctuation...at least when I went to add a comma it didn't appear. Will play around with it.

I always just use some other font that has a comma when I use one that doesnt hehe. That inner shadow trick is from Vex, by the way. Sneakiness!

I think it looks good, the only thing I could suggest at this point might be to smooth the sideburns and the goatee a bit. They still have some of that eq1 stuck on there look. Possibly just add a little shading around them to make them seem more like part of the face.

Really minor though.
