That is so cute!!!! I *loved* Jem back then, I learned to use the VCR programming to record it every day along with GI Joe and my soap.. I watched soap operas at 11 and can't stand them now, go figure.

I was tempted to buy a Jem shirt last time I was in Hot Topic...but I was in there with a 21 year old who said "What's Jem?" and I sadly walked out of the store.

In similar news, I totally just bought a tshirt that says "I <3 nerds!" on it...but I can't wear it now cause it doesn't go over my belly :(

The smell of the Strawberry Shortcake dolls used to give me headaches. Sad and strange but alas true. I was given several of them though, heh.

The Snorkles rocked along with pound puppies. I had a boy and a girl cabbage patch too. I ruined my brothers beard trimmer once trying to shave lines in the side of the head of the boy cabbage patch. I wanted him to look cool, cuz we all know how cool it was to have lines shaved in the side of your head for a guy.


uggg while i was typing that my 4 year just sprayed half a bottle of my husbands Kenneth Cole's Black cologne....well at least his tv smells good now.

Fraggle Rock scared me. I don't like the idea of weird creatures living underneath the house in the pipes who like to eat stuff that grows out of sewage...

Wtf? I'm 23 and I know who Jem is. Don't feel old, he or she was just living under a rock. I had a Jem doll with blond and pink hair with gold glittery tinsel in it, and she had a switch on her back to make her earrings flash. Which worked beautifully till I put her in my Barbie swimming pool.

I remember Fraggles as well, and had a book about them finding some pretty blue stone with purple flecks, and a record with Fraggle Rock on it.

I think some of my favorite toys, though (after My Little Ponies) were the Pound Puppies! I was glad to see those back in stores as well.

AWe the bag is just the cutest! I see we got another seamstress in the hizouse!? I have so many designs in my tablet I started back when I was in elementry school , funny how some of the stuff I drew back then are actualy out and popular, if only i would have got em made and or published. =(((
