ok, there's a few things that are nagging me about the piece.
the lighting is weird. at first glance, it fits with the background very well, but the extremely harsh shadow underneath her chin is really bothersome. Perhaps create a very soft light angled upward at her face will fix this.
and the 2nd thing ( ok so only 2 things stuck out ) is that her armor is very 'matte', not very shiny as metal would seem to be. You could fix this by playing with specular color/value in the MAT room, or by the dodge tool in photoshop.
other than that the composition and flow of the piece is very nice. I love the text and butterflies. very serene.

Besides what V said (on the c/c and the good stuff), I'd suggest softening up her jawline some. It seems very thick and manly. Also, I'd move things around some so that in the final cropping her head is closer to the top of the image. The way it's cropped right now it's dwarfing her size. This is nitpicking though. It really is a great image.
