Let me again welcome everyone back for another art exchange here at TAC! 
There are no requirements for our 
irate exchange, just as long as you're a regular contributing member of TAC.
WTF does that mean?
Contributing means that you've posted your art and given C/C. That's it. No webpage is required, no minimum posts. Just a fair warning that non-participation is frowned upon and we will smack thee =D
Sign Up's are until Friday September 30th.
Turn In's are October 31, 3pm EST.

I'd like to participate if I qualify....
I don't think I've posted much (if any) artwork, but that's simply because I rarely ask for any CC. I do believe I've offered CC on a couple pieces, though.
